Sports massage is recommended to help you recover between sessions as well as a measure to help reduce the likelihood of injury occurring. It helps to increase blood flow and allows for the removal of toxins that build up through exercise. Not only that, it has been shown to reduce stress which ultimately improves your performance and your recovery from injury.
When you arrive for your massage, you will be asked some screening questions before the treatment begins.
